Our small group training is great for you if you need some accountability and some support but are happy to share the love with a few other people. Sessions are available in our Footscray clinic or from the comfort of your home via Zoom. No matter how you attend, be prepared for a fun, interactive, supportive, motivating and just generally warm and fuzzy experience.

1 Session Per Week

45 Minutes

$49/week

Includes:

  • One supervised small group session per week
  • Individualised programming within a coached group environment
  • Ongoing progression of strength, capacity, and technique
  • Clinical oversight to ensure safe and sustainable development

2–3 Sessions Per Week

45 Minutes

$79/week

Includes:

  • Two to three supervised sessions per week
  • Individualised programming within a coached group environment
  • Ongoing progression of strength, capacity, and technique
  • Clinical oversight to ensure safe and sustainable development

An 18-hour cancellation policy applies to all services. Services cancelled within 18 hours of the booked appointment time will be charged a late cancellation fee of the cost of the consultation that you are cancelling.
