Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiology in Melbourne for persistent pain, chronic conditions, injury rehab, and NDIS. Personalised exercise prescription grounded in evidence.

Our exercise physiologists specialise in using exercise as medicine — prescribed with precision, grounded in evidence, and tailored to your goals and your body.

We work with people managing persistent pain, chronic health conditions, injury recovery, and disability. If you've seen multiple practitioners without progress, if you're confused about where to start, or if pain has taken over your life — this is exactly what we do.

Longer consultations mean we hear your full story. Your plan is built around what matters to you, progressed at your pace, and adjusted as you go.

We can help with a wide range of complaints including (but not limited to);

  • Persistent pain
  • Rehabilitation after injury or surgery
  • Sport specific training
  • Metabolic conditions such as PCOS and Diabetes
  • Autoimmune conditions such as MS
  • Lower back, neck, hip and shoulder pain
  • General strength and conditioning

We have a special interest in ongoing and persistent pain and our team have additional experience in helping you to overcome this. There is hope and we are here to help you.

Weekly ongoing exercise is also available with our allied health team, if you feel that you need that extra experience to keep you moving and on track to your goals then get in touch.

Not really sure if an exercise physiologist is for you? If you agree with any of the following then we are confident you will get the help that you need:

  • If you have seen many different practitioners for the same reason and have not seen any change.
  • If you keep having the same issue no matter what you try, are getting frustrated and feeling like things will never be better.
  • If you have a number of different concerns and you don't really know where to start when someone asks 'what can I help you with?'
  • If you are really confused about where to start.
  • If you have lost hope with your issue and can no longer see a future for yourself without pain.
  • If you are extremely frustrated and feeling like things will never be better.
  • If your pain is consuming your live and you have stopped doing everything that you love because you are so fearful of it.

Whilst an exercise physiologist can help you with all the above, and more, please note that they cannot, by law, provide a specific diagnosis – if this is what you want and it is your expectation from a consultation then please book with our physiotherapists or osteopaths.
