The Biomechanics is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic with three locations across Melbourne in Footscray, Port Melbourne, and Glen Iris.
Our team includes exercise physiologists and physiotherapists who work together on complex presentations. We specialise in persistent pain, injury recovery, chronic conditions, NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover. Our work is guided by contemporary pain science, biopsychosocial principles, and graded exposure not protocols, not cookie-cutter programs.
We were founded on the idea that people deserve more than a rushed appointment and a generic exercise sheet. Longer consults. More thinking. Actual outcomes.
