About Sam:
Sam is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and the General Manager of The Biomechanics, supporting clinical quality, service delivery and collaborative teamwork across all three clinics, while continuing to see clients at the Glen Iris location.
He believes movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving health, confidence and quality of life. Sam’s ethos is simple: there is always a sweet zone for movement - a level of load or activity you can tolerate today and build from tomorrow.
Sam works collaboratively to design exercise regimes with you and for you, helping you achieve meaningful goals, therapeutic outcomes and a greater sense of control over your health and fitness.
