With a Certificate III in Business and over 10 years of experience in hospitality, events, and call centre work, Kat brings both efficiency and empathy to her role. Her background has equipped her with strong people skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to stay organised in busy environments. She helps clients feel comfortable and supported while also assisting the clinic team behind the scenes.
