About Darcy


Pain is a deeply intimate, personal experience, particularly for Darcy. After experiencing ongoing back pain for several years and undergoing multiple back and hip surgeries with little success, Darcy found solace in exercise; and seeks to share this with others.

When leveraged, Darcy believes that exercise is more than just a ‘form of medicine’. By helping others identify what matters most and where they are getting stuck, questions such as ‘how do you want to show up in the world?’, ‘what value is driving your action?’ and ‘when hooked by a story that no longer serves you – what are you giving up?’ are commonplace in his approach.
