Look at a clinics website and their social media content as this should give you a good picture of their values and what to expect from your appointment, if this information sits well with you then they might just be for you. Read google reviews and comments on social media posts as this will let you know what previous clients think.
Another great way to learn about a clinic is to call and speak to whomever answers the phone, you are allowed to collect information without making a commitment so have a little checklist: Did they take the time to answer your questions? Were they pushy and trying to force you to book? Did they sound in a rush like they wanted to get you off the phone? Did they do what they promised (ie - if they were going to email you information or call you back)? If you felt like you were a burden on the phone or kept being talked over then maybe they were not right for you.

If you are having trouble completing this on your own, we may encourage you to return to our clinic for some exercise services.
